Part 2 of the Advanced LIGO documentary project, "The New Age of Gravitational Wave Astronomy," has been released. The new video talks about scientific opportunities for physics, astronomy, astrophysics, and cosmology, made possible by the LIGO discovery. Members of the Lab Sarah Gossan and Maximiliano Isi (both graduate students, Caltech), Michael Landry (Director, LIGO Hanford Observatory), and Salvatore Vitale (Assistant Professor, MIT) are featured, as is one of LIGO's founders, Kip S. Thorne (Richard P. Feynman Professor of Theoretical Physics, Emeritus, Caltech). Watch the video:
